Hukunce-hukuncen muslunci
me ye Hukunci
A wannan zaman a mu na farko gameda abinda ya shafi hukuncin shari’a muna so mu bude babi na farkon kan me ye hukunci sakamakon hukunci na da kasha-kashe daban-daban bisa la’akari dada cewa yanayin al’amura ba iri daya bane, sannan yanayin maslaha ko rashinta da yake cikin al’amura shim aba iri daya bane don haka Kenan akwai bukatar nau’in hukunci daban-daban daidai gwargwadon yanayin wadannan al’amura, alal misali idan abu na hankali ne yana bukatar hukunci na hankali kuma hukuncin shari’a yana iya zuwa ya karfafe shi, abubuwan hankali sai tari zamu ga hukuncin shari’a ba yana assasu bane yana karfafa su ne,
Me ye hukunci? Hukunci shine tsarin da Allah ya zo da shin a shari’a domin tsara rayuwar mutum.
Hukunci wani lokaci ana kasa shi zuwa kashi biyu: hukuncin shari’a, hukuncin hankali, haka ma shi kansa hukuncn hankalin kala-kala ne akwai hukuncin hankali wanda yake na ilimin sanin kidaya (mathematics) da kuma na mandik (logic) wanda shi hukunci a duk fadin duniya iri daya ne bai da banbanci yare baya tasiri a kan hukunci hankali na logic addini bai tasiri kansa kai babu wani abu d ayake tasiri a kansa, amma akwai hukunci hankali na falsafa shi wannan yare bai yin tasiri kansa amma addini da fikirori na tasiri a kansa, shi ya sama idan aka ce mafi kamala samuwa itace ubangiji subhanahu wata’ala to ka da anyi ittifaki a kan haka cewa ubangiji shine mafi kamalar samuwa kamalarsa bata da iyaka, amma tambaya shine waye ubangiji, me ye iyakokin hakkokinsa kan mutane me ye iyakokin hakkokinsu kansa, me ye dokokinsa, a wannan ana sassabawa wani abu ne mafi daraja bayan ubangiji a cikin system din tsarin halittu, wannan hankalin falsafa da kalam yake amfani da shi da ilimin irfani idan ana bayanin abinda yake nufi shima da wannan yake amfani to wannan za mu ga dukkansu yarurruka ne da addini yake tasiri a ciki.
